Balcón Del Atlántico IV

San Eugenio is a neighborhood of the town of Adeje and is divided in San Eugenio Alto and San Eugenio Bajo. San Eugenio Bajo is located under the highway, and both  the port “Puerto Colón” and its beaches are part of it.

Puerto Colón is a small port from where all the boats and sea activities depart. The white sanded beach is small and perfect for families looking to spend a day with the kids. The place is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops for people with various tastes, it's a really urbanized zone with a lot of residential areas and hotels available.

San Eugenio shopping mall attracts many tourist thanks to its various cafés, shops and its supermarket, all of which makes the life in the area more comfortable.

In the area you can also find two really important notaries, the main property registration office of Adeje and multiple banks.

San Eugenio Bajo attracts many people since it offers a lot of opportunities and it’s a really touristic zone, it is also located in between Fañabe and Playa de Las Americas which is a really pleasant area to walk around during the afternoon and stop by one of the multiple bars or restaurants to enjoy the day.

San Eugenio Alto is located on top of the highway and is of easy access since it’s well connected by a number of bridges that allow reaching the beaches by foot. It’s also a really urbanized area and is more of a residential area than San Eugenio Bajo. The water park “Aqualand” is located there as well as multiple cafés, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies. The availability of apartments, houses and terraced houses for both rent and sell is really extended in the neighborhood of San Eugenio. We can also find many attractive resorts available such as  Los Geranios, Villamar, Island Village, Paradise Court, Laguna Park I and II, etc.
