Very special rustic country house, partly built in caves in the mountain

This very special country house is located close to the villages of Los Blanquitos and Granadilla de Abona. The main house and several guest houses are situated on a plot of approx. 12.000 m².

The main house is divided into two levels:

On the main floor you will find the Moroccan style entrance area, the living room, the kitchen, a cinema room, an office, a large storage room and a guest toilet. There is also a separate guest apartment on this level, with a bedroom, a living room with open plan kitchen, a bathroom and a private terrace.

The first floor has four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite). It is worth noting that the main house was built in a very special way, so that some rooms extend into the adjacent mountain.

Apart from the main house, there are three guest houses, each with a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room.
Each of the houses and the guest apartment in the main building were designed according to a different theme (oriental, African, Japanese, "wood and steel") and offer peace and privacy to their guests.

On the property there are also several ponds with small waterfalls (currently not in operation) that were built for a koi farm at that time, a very spacious parking area, another building that could be converted into another apartment, and a large pool area (salt water, 11x4 m) with a small bar.

The property is located at an altitude of approx. 700 m.

This fantastic finca is part of Los Blanquitos, a small village belonging to the municipality of Granadilla de Abona that offers a typical Canarian atmosphere, far away from the main tourist centres. Granadilla de Abona is only 5 minutes away, with all facilities such as cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and various shops, and the Tenerife South Airport as well as El Médano beaches are about 15 minutes’ drive away.
