We are working in this area for more than 20 years and we consider it, together with the La Caleta area, the pearl of Tenerife.
The development of the El Duque area started in 1995, by then, the municipality of Adeje and government chose to allow only 5 star hotels with a maximum of 4 levels. Thanks to these new laws, the area was built in a very attractive. It has everything you need: the most beautiful beach, exquisite restaurants and several shopping centers.
Many people define the area as tranquil and yet, entertaining. The pioneering hotel in the area is without doubt the Gran Hotel Bahía del Duque, it was built near the El Duque castle and was the first 5 star hotel in Tenerife south. After the hotel Bahía del Duque, companies invested in other exclusive hotels like Iberostar Anthelia and Mirador del Duque.
If you wish to stay longer and invest in a property which will always increase in value, we recommend you Terrazas del Duque, Residencial El Duque and Habitats or Oasis del Duque which are private villas with pool. A little higher up, with the best views, you will find Balcón del Duque, Anayet and Bellamar. Top of the cherry for a Second Home which will also generate monthly incomes is the modern Baobab Suites.
