This lovely 3 bed Tenerife villa to rent with a private heated pool is in a fantastic position within the south west coastal resort of Playa Paraiso in the municipality of Adeje. With all day sunshine on the pool area and with a sunny top floor balcony it is ideal for those who like to worship the sun in private.
Villa Playa Paraiso is ideal for a relaxing holiday but the bright lights of Las Americas are just a 10 minute drive away. Paraiso itself has some high quality bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the villa. This includes the new “Hard rock café” hotel that has some excellent nightly entertainment (some well known bands) and non-residents are welcome.
The living room is comfortably furnished, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. Patio doors from the living room lead to the lovely pool area.
The pool is sparkling, inviting and electrically heated. There is a pool cover to keep it warm overnight.
Sun beds and sun chairs (with cushions) are provided for you to relax on.
There is also a BBQ.
The kitchen is fresh and well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine etc.
The 3rd bedroom is located downstairs. It is a twin room with patio doors to the pool area. This bedroom is serviced by the downstairs bathroom with WC and shower.
The master and 2nd bedrooms of this lovely Tenerife villa are upstairs. Both bedrooms have ensuites and both lead to the lovely sunny upstairs balcony with beautiful sea views The balcony runs the length of both bedrooms and is a fantastic place to soak up the sun.
At the front of the villa there are borders planted with tropical shrubs. There is private parking for one vehicle and plenty of free parking on the road for further vehicles.
